Sack Kraft Paper Roll

Natural Sack Kraft paper, also known as Unbleached Sack Kraft, is a type of paper made from unbleached wood fibers. It has a rough and sturdy texture, making it suitable for packaging applications. This eco-friendly material is commonly used for making paper sacks and bags due to its strength and resistance to tearing.

Semi-extensible sack kraft paper is ideal for high-pressure, high-speed filling applications. With its excellent strength and stretch capabilities, this grade is frequently used in packaging building materials such as cement, chemicals, and minerals.

For heavier-duty applications, fully extensible sack kraft paper offers even greater tensile strength. As well as energy absorption (TEA), making it suitable for gypsum sacks and packaging materials with substantial weight.

Sack kraft paper is widely recognised as one of the most versatile materials used throughout the packaging industry. Its outstanding robustness and sustainable attributes provide a wide range of solutions for the demands of packaging professionals across various industries.

Typically ranging between 70-115 gsm, sack kraft paper is available in both bleached (white) and natural (brown) colours, and is produced from either virgin or recycled pulp. Possessing high burst strength and tear resistance, kraft paper solutions are widely used for end applications that require the ability to withstand substantial weight.

There are three main sack kraft grades included in our product portfolio: standard, semi-extensible and fully extensible sack kraft.

Standard Sack kraft

Standard sack kraft is the basic form of this product and is suitable for the majority of packaging requirements. Standard sack kraft offers exceptional mechanical strength and tear resistance, making it well-suited for a wide range of applications.

We supply standard sack kraft to clients who often use it to produce packaging for food, including sugar, flour and animal feed. Our products are supplied with all the relevant requirements for food safety compliance. This solution is also commonly used to package heavy-duty items such as agricultural products.

Semi-Extensible Sack Kraft

This grade is the ideal material for applications which require high pressure and high-speed filling. Providing incredible strength and stretch abilities, semi-extensible sack kraft is used for building materials such as cement, as well as chemicals and minerals. Industries including chemical or product packaging benefit from semi-extensible kraft’s ability to withstand considerable weight whilst maintaining its structure throughout handling and transportation.

Fully Extensible Sack Kraft

Fully extensible sack kraft has greater strength, tensile energy absorption (TEA) and stretch than semi-extensible kraft. It has superior flexibility capabilities allowing for end uses such as packaging for building materials and gypsum sacks.
